PHR Stage 4 E85 Fuel System for Supra *UPDATED* with new features / options

Updated pictures of the E84 Fuel System, this is PNP for the Supra and includes your option of a quad walbro / triple denso or dual bosch pump hanger. The new bosch hanger isnt 100% finished yet so will not release any updates or pics of it yet but it will be on the market soon!! As for the fuel system you get the full kit that is E85 compatible with 2 feed lines (-8AN) and 1 return (-6AN). The kit contains the following options:

Weldon -8AN Fuel Filter x 2
Injector Dynamics 2000cc Injectors x 6

This kit since it does contain so much and such high level items it falls at $3495 with the hanger and $3000 without the hanger.

Specifically engineered to produce massive power gains over older turbine wheel designs, usage of Precision’s new CEA wheels typically results in an average increase of 30-45 horsepower over comparably-sized standard designs. Furthermore, spool-up time is improved when using PTE’s CEA turbine wheels to further reduce turbo lag.

Precision’s current 62mm turbine wheels will be replaced by the new 62mm CEA version whereas the current 65mm turbine wheels will be replaced with a newly-developed 66mm CEA wheel. Utilizing an enhanced design, the new ultra high-flow turbine wheels will come standard on all of Precision’s 62mm and 66mm turbochargers that also feature the exclusive CEA compressor wheels, both ball-bearing and journal bearing versions, including the 5862, 6262, 6266 and 6766 units.

Additionally, all current turbine housing offerings will be available with the new CEA turbine wheels.

Ross Racing Dampers are HERE!

MJ RACE Harmonic Balancers / Crank Pulley Dampers

For Circuit & Drag Racing
These are made for racing purposes, and are usually custom designed for top end race engine builders, off the shelf this Harmonic balancer will not always run std pulley belt location.

MJ Race balancers/dampers are made from the highest grades of materials that don’t break.

For Naturally aspirated and turbo engines the crank hubs are made from 7075 aerospace alloy.

But in the case of supercharged engines 4340 alloy steel is used for the crank hubs.

The accessory drive pulley ratios are mostly between 10% and 25% underdrive.

This prevents engine overheating , alternator and power steering failures due to overspeed.
These harmonic balancers / crank pulley dampers are made to suit ANDRA requirements and meets sfi rules If your engine regularly sees RPM between 10% and 20% more than standard and you are racing on the track doing multi lap events, using fuel cuts and rev limiters in the programming of your engine, as well as rapid accelleration and decelleration then you will need a race series balancer / damper.

If you are running RB Nissan the balancer / damper has no provision for A/C belt The accessory drive pulleys are mostly underdriven and in some models up to 20%. (Consult catalogue).

Race Series Harmonic Balancers / Crank Pulley Dampers are bonded balancers created for circuit and drag racing applications. Much of the range is instock while customised Harmonic Balancers / Crank Pulley Dampers can also be manufactured to suit individual needs and specifications. The race series may not suit original OEM pulley setups.

Release of new Street Turbo Kit for 1993-98 Supra TT

Since the beginning the Log manifold has been a good unit, solid but had the limitation of flow and the size of the turbo that could be mounted. It also used an old 2 bolt flange. Seems now the manifold itself is hard to get and the technology is just too old. We were going to just discontinue the kit but then decided over that and just revamp the kit with a tubular manifold. NO its not a HIGH end manifold that you get in the Stage 1-5 turbo kits but it is tubular. We reinforce it to make the runners and t4 flange stronger but it does use thinner gauge material. We weld on a 38mm or 44mm wastegate on the manifold and fits perfect. The Wastegate does now include ALL springs you just specify the color of the wastegate you prefer.

We still use the factory catalytic converters or aftermarket (RMM Downpipe).
