PHR Billet Dry sump Setup for 2JZ-GTE

After several months of engineering and development with Dailey Engineering we are proud to release a new dry sump kit for the Supra community. This is a roots-style kit meaning the pan / pump are integral to eachother and no additional brackets are required for the block.

I'm sure there will be questions so I'll answer them as best as I can. Feel free to ask additional ones that might not have addressed.
  • This kit does fit the stock subframe with ease. There are minimal modifications needing to be done during the installation process.
  • The A/C will need to be removed since the pump takes the same spot.
  • OEM Oil Pump does need to be modified or we have a Billet Pump Cover to ease the installation portion.
  • As shown in the pics below the pump is 5 stages. Being there are 3 scavenge sections, a pressure section and a turbo scavenge section. A rear drive is also available for a mechanical fuel pump or power steering pump.
  • Pump fitting sizes are as follows; Pressure section -16 inlet / -12 outlet to filter housing, Turbo scavenge section -10 inlet and Return to the oil tank is -16.

Pan dimensions for people who have swapped 2JZ's into other vehicles (240's, Rx7's, Is300's, etc).
  • Pan height: 2.0"
  • Pump mount width: From the lower oem oil pump block tab is 2.90" and to the outer most Dailey pump tab is 3.70"
  • Pump mount length: 5.9"

The basic kit includes the following items;

  • Billet T6 6061 Oil Pan
  • 5 stage Dailey Engineering Pump with associated hardware
  • Belt
  • Crank Drive for use on the ATI Damper
  • HTD Pulleys for the Pump and Crank
  • Oil Filter Block-Off w/ Union adapter
  • Installation hardware kit

We now offer two variations of the of this system;

Option 1: Billet Pan & Pump Combo $3895
Option 2: Complete basic kit (As listed above) $4750

Additional options are available (2JZ Billet Pump Cover, Oil Tank, Vacuum Regulator, Pop Offs, etc..)

*NEW* PHR Badass Head , all hand ported with copper valve seats now for sale!

Yes, we feel this is a top level head that takes the 2JZ to the next level. We have just finished a fully hand ported and polished head with 1mm Valves, Copper Valve Seats and other full valve train to create one of the most extreme performance heads you can get flow numbers out of.

This is one head you want an extra for your display case!

Our head is featured on our White Supra running currently at an 8.2 sec 1/4 time.

Options:
Single or Dual Valve springs but at that level we wouldn't understand why you would want to run single valve springs.
Supertech or Ferrea pending your preference.
Shimless Buckets (replaces the stock bucket creating a lighter moving part inside the head)

This full head, dual valve springs with Shimless buckets will be running $7200 USD

PHR Single Wastegate Exhaust Manifolds *Tial 60mm*

As we now allow you to pick any wastegate and we adapt it to our manifold. This has been the newest hot request on the last 4 manifolds sold. a tial 60m Wastegate with all the room in the world and allow 4-5" DP if needed!!

Again if running larger downpipe and turbo our manifold DOES include the lower waterneck alteration flange so you have nothing to worry about.

PHR 4" Downpipe & Midpipe for Supra TT

We now have 4" Stainless Downpipe & Midpipe Combinations in stock, Coated or Uncoated. Includes 2 o2 Bungs and Vband clamps to fit.

We EVEN upon request can do a 3" to 4" Flare on the Downpipe to fit smaller setups like the precision 6766 Billet as it does NOT come 4" off the turbocharger.
